Resection of DIE from peritoneal site of Endometrioma invagination

Trimming ovarian site of invagination, striping endometrioma lining and finally resection of peritoneal site of invagination (TSR) is the technique we have been using for comprehensive surgical management of endometrioma.
Surprisingly deep lesion at the Uretero-Arterial junction has been the most frequent type of DIE location in our series which i believe is the source of extension to Utero-Sacral and Cardinal ligaments with time.
Resection of these lesion in totality not only has alleviated accompanying pain but also has reduced our Endometrioma recurrence rate remarkably.
