评估直肠中段切除继以经肛门标本提取的可行性、安全性和短期结果。

44 名直肠中段小肿瘤患者接受了腹腔镜直肠切除术,然后经肛门取出标本。

所有患者均成功完成手术,无需术中转换或额外通路。 平均手术时间为 182.7 分钟(范围,130-255 分钟),平均失血量为 26.5mL(范围,5-120mL),平均术后排气时间为 31.3 小时(范围,16-60 小时),并且 平均住院时间为 9.5 天(范围 8-19 天)。 一名患者出现吻合口漏,通过静脉注射抗生素和每天通过腹腔引流管冲洗盆腔进行治疗。 没有观察到与感染相关的并发症或肛门失禁。 平均肿瘤大小为 2.1cm(范围,1.6-3.2cm),平均收获的淋巴结数为 16.5(范围,6-31),平均随访时间为 8.5 个月(范围,2-16 个月) ). 到最后一次随访时,没有发现任何患者复发的迹象。
