锤状指是指手指伸肌在远端指间关节（DIP）水平的损伤。它们是运动中最常见的手指肌腱损伤。他们可能代表一个孤立的肌腱损伤或发生在合并撕脱骨折的背基远端指骨。

临床表现

它的特点是手指不能在远端指间（DIP）关节伸展。这个关节有轻微的弯曲，这就是术语“槌”的来源-手指的位置类似于槌（例如，钢琴键槌）。

这种损伤通常发生在运动时，下倾在伸肌方向上突然弯曲（伸出的手指被物体（如棒球、篮球）击打在指尖），或挤压伤（朝远侧指间关节猛撞门）。
