胫骨偏侧或胫骨缺损是一种罕见的异常，范围从孤立的轻微缩短到完全的胫骨缺失。

流行病学

胫骨偏侧症是非常罕见的，只发生在100万活产中的一个。

临床表现

患肢短，踝关节内翻畸形，膝关节屈曲挛缩。

病理

胫骨偏侧通常是偶发的，虽然常染色体显性遗传模式已报告在双边案例。

缺损的骨部分通常被一个很强的纤维或纤维软骨带代替。

胫侧半肢畸形可以是单侧或双侧的，30%的病例报告为双侧。由于一些未知的原因，胫骨偏侧倾向于右侧（72%的单侧病例）。胫侧半肢畸形也可能与其他先天性畸形，如先天性股骨头缺损。

联想

与同侧内翻畸形和足内侧缺损高度相关。髌骨和股四头肌可能缺失。
