DescriptionIn this video dilatation of narrowed spenoid sinus openings was performed by using balloon dilatation system.  The sinus cavity was then irrigated with saline to clear trapped mucous and infective materials.  An optimal dilated sinus opening was achieved which will allow adequate sinus ventilation and drainage towards healing of the diseased mucosal linings and restoration of sinus physiology.
