This video is about PolypVac and PROPEL.  These are two new devices that are now available for the treatment of sinusitis and nasal polyps.  Polypvac is a device used to remove nasal polyps in the office setting.  It is self contained and does not require electrical input to the device.  It is connected to wall or SMR suction.  Propel is a drug eluding implant used to assist in controlling polyps and inflammation.  In this patient both technologies were used to treat her recurrent nasal polyps in the office.
