This video show Oto-endoscopic earwax , otomycosis & Infected debris Removal by micro-suction in young lady .
She presented with ear blockage , Itching , bleeding & hard of hearing since last 5 days .
She gives history of cold , cough followed by ear itching & blockage . To relieve ear blockage she started using ear buds . Due to severe ear bud itching , ear canal become inflamed & start bleeding .
Oto-endoscopic earwax , infected fungal & bacterial debris removal done by microsuction .

Irrigation done by diluted Betadin with normal saline .

Antibiotic , anti-Fungal , Anti-inflammatory ear drop is used after ear cleaning procedure .
