This operative procedural video demonstrates the performance of a transanal mesorectal excision for a patient with rectal cancer after neoadjuvant radiotherapy. It illustrates too the utilisation of peritumoral indocyanine green injection in combination with near-infrared laparoscopic visualisation for assistance in planar identification.
