Endoscopic submucosal dissection of a neoplastic area of Barrett's esophagus. The patient had multiple ablation sessions (RFA) of dysplastic Barrett's over the past 8 years. He was referred for ESD when surveillance biopsies showed suspected adenocarcinoma.
