20'syo M with severe ileocolic Crohn's disease (fibrostenotic) undergoing single port ileocolic resection. Not shown was a hand sewn anastomosis. Incision ended up being 4cm in order to allow for the very dilated and thickened bowel to be exteriorized without tearing.
