排卵性出血

A 32 year old virgin female, who experienced a mid-cycle pain with fainting attacks, she presented to Faris Medical Center with history of the above, she locked pallor and with rapid pulse, clinical and ultrasound examination suggested the presence of internal bleeding, after counseling the patient a decision for laparoscopy was taken.
