This is the first RYGastric Bypass done in South America and probably one of the few yet done in the world. I used the Gelpoint single port and two other 2 mm trocars. The surgery took 1 hour and 34 minutes, in a 50 year old woman , with a BMI of 41 an a previous abdominal plastic surgery. The final aspect looked great and the patient recover was fantastic.
