LBDE CHOLEDOCHO DUODENO ANASTOMOSIS Failed ERCP stenting attempt
In the case when an paliative biliodigestive anastomosis is required PTC stenting represent relaible minimally invasive method of therapy. In this particular case PTC was not available for a technical reason. ERCP stenting has failled.
Considering complication and mortality rates related to ERCP+EP , Laparoscopic choledocho duodeno anastomosis represent the most reliable and minimally invasive method of therapy.
