Surgical Correction of Concealed (-Buried-) Penis With Panniculectomy and Penile Skin Graft
presents a case of a male with a buried penis. Dr. Alex J. Vanni performs panniculectomy and penile split thickness skin graft to "unbury" the penis. This procedure may be needed for hygiene reasons as the urine may pool under the skin. Rarely a male may be born with this condition (congenital). The adult male may develop the condition with morbid obesity.
