The following educational video will highlight the full unedited review of the laser treatment of a large 150g bilobar prostate. Most often, such large prostates are offered open (retropublic prostatectomy) in which a skin incision is made from the pubic bone to umbilicus and through the open wound the surgeon's finger dissects out the adenomatous tissue. The patient will be hospitalized at least 3-5 days for recovery.

In this case, the patient was discharged the same day as his surgery - no incision. As the viewer will see, we are able to provide an enucleation-like defect of the transition zone with excellent hemostasis.
