Operation time: 62min, Blood loss: less than 10mｌ, both of which were shorter and smaller than Harmonic OP.

New Surgical device of Small Jaw alone can seal, divide and cut of thyroid tissue and vessels etc. Dissection technique with Small Jaw should be experienced, but not so difficult to learn it. RLN and parathyroid function were perfectly preserved.
