This video show nose endoscopy done for frequent epistaxis & its management  in middle aged lady .
Lady presented with frequent nose bleeding & post-nasal bleeding on - off since last 3 month . She also gives history of frequent cold , cough , sneezing & headache since many years .
At the time of first bleeding her Hb was 12.5 gm & now it is only 8.5 gm due to frequent nose bleeds .
On her first consultation with me i did nasal endoscopy . Bleeding polypoidal mass seen on hypertrophied middle turbinate on nose endoscopy with allergic changes on all turbinates .

Nasal packing done & next day patient taken for operation .
Endoscopic reduction of hypertrophied middle turbinate & cauterization of  Bleeding polypoidal mass done .

After procedure patient got relief from recurrent epistaxis . Patient was advised to wash nose with Saline nasal rinse twice daily & use Combination Steroid nasal spray with antihistamine  for control of nasal allergy .
