A 43 years old female presented with recurring episodes of upper abdominal pain after food associated with vomiting. She had undergone a conventional repair of ventral hernia 3 years ago. Two years after the hernia repair she noticed recurrence in the same area and the lump kept on increasing in size since then. On admission it was found to be irreducible hernia.
