48岁的男人大脑中动脉分叉部动脉瘤引起蛛网膜下腔出血（SAH）。
第一切口从外侧裂的外侧，但较低的部分切好是因为没有好的近端控制（暂时没有夹）。
手术期间尽量操纵微创因新鲜出血。夹放在不同的地方，然后用双极电凝去除瘤凝固。最终夹子被放置

48 year-old man with Middle cerebral artery bifurcation aneurysm which has caused subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH).
First incision is done from the lateral side of sylvian fissure, but lower part cut as well because there was no well proximal control (no temporarily clip).
During operation tried to manipulate minimally due to fresh bleeding. Clip was placed in the distinct place and then aneurysm coagulated with bipolar forceps and removed. Final clip was placed.
