Endoscopic Transoral Vestibular Approach Total Thyroidectomy with IONM

This 35 years old female patient was diagnosed with left thyroid tumor(1.5cm). Although FNAC revealed benign result, preoperative ultrasound showed suspicious for malignancy. I performed left lobectomy and send the specimen for frozen section. The pathologic diagnosis was papillary cancer. Therefore, right lobectomy was done. The final pathology revealed bilateral papillary carcinoma.
